Proud to Serve and Represent Washington States Fair Industry Symbol of Service... Fairs are one of Washington’s greatest tourist attractions. Exhibitor’s premiums of $1,600,000 are returned directly to local economies. Based on a 3 - 1 turnover, these dollars generate in excess of five million dollars for local economies. The Washington State Fairs Association was formed in 1940 for the sole purpose of uniting together to better show the fruits of labor, agriculture, business and industry. This Association is a non-profit group of fair and youth shows. Membership is also available to Service members who furnish entertainment, supplies, commodities and services to fairs. |
